What Is 600?
"600" is truly a unique and difficult puzzle game whereby the player has to navigate thrugh a grid-based world of obstacles and puzzles. You are trying to reach the target point with exactly 600 steps of any combination of up, down, left, or right. Each step is counted toward your total, and the player must make sure not to overshoot or get stuck before arriving at the finish line. However, the main idea is logic, patience, and spatial reasoning-a good mental exercise for all.
How to Play
Use arrow keys to move your character on the board in the desired direction. Your current step count is displayed on the game board, so be sure to plan your movements accordingly and land precisely on your target while having 600 steps left. Avoid ambushes, and if you find it difficult to complete the game, sometimes leaving a few steps stranded is a better choice.
Tips & Tricks
- First, observe the target and plan the route backward; this way, you begin to visualize where you have to be from the very beginning.
- Always put some sort of "escape routes" just in case you find yourself in the wrong move. Never get stuck in a position where you cannot get out, even if it means having an extra step to get out.
- Check how the grid is arranged. Depending on the situation, it is sometimes better to take the long but safe route instead of going for the short but dangerous one.
- If stuck, never feel ashamed to reset and try a different move-falling down is part of learning!
History
"600" was developed as a brain teaser to stretch the problem-solving skills of the players. It became popular among puzzle enthusiasts for being simple yet requiring a great deal of strategy to master.
