What is Parabellum Rain?

Parabellum Rain is a distinctive platformer action-RPG that provides an imaginative escape for its players. As an average, unremarkable, and all too bored office worker named Izmael, players see the world through a surreal lens and participate in Nomad House’s daily bureaucratic comedy and puzzling bureaucracy. Since the Parabellum Hymn Corporation acquired Nomad House, the company has been engaging in over-the-top social engineering. The player—with Umbie at their side— faces new battles, new choices, new inventory and deepens the city, even as they transform it, equally absurd and beguiling in its complexity. It is in the inspired and boundless architecture wrapped in layers upon layers of esoterica that the heroic siege is fought, with every last one of the city block’s buildings broken, bent streets hammered into right angles, and corporate citizens happily mugging a lip-service token to impermanence.

How to Play
