What is Vampire: No Survivors?

Vampire: No Survivors is an arcade-style game where the world belongs to a formidable vampire and batches of iron-willed survivors assault the sanctity of his coffins. In a survival game, usually, one character tries to evade the others; in Vampire: No Survivor, however, you are basically hunting any brave souls that come too close to your coffin while protecting their becoming-deadly eternal existence through spells and summons. A scuffle for either survival or death takes shape under a gothic dark scenery, where each turn counts toward either triumph or oblivion.

How to Play

The most important mission is to wipe out survivors before they can reach your coffins. Series of dark magical powers will allow you to summon minions that have different capabilities. You'll be collecting gems during the progression of the game to strengthen minions and unlock more powerful units. Strategy matters: try placing your minions wisely to counter the survivors and use the environment to your benefit. Remember, the game is all about speed; so stay tuned and react in time.

History

Vampire: No Survivors was created by a talented two-person team for the GMTK Game Jam 2023. Developed in just 48 hours, the game demonstrates creativity and dedication. The two developers, Reaktori and Rage, pooled their help with programming, art, and music into crafting a serviceable, beautiful, and quite fun experience. Despite the short development time, the game made quite an impression with its well-developed gameplay and atmospheric design.
