What Is Akuu Gallet?

Akuu Gallet is a classic Japanese arcade game from the late 1980s, filled with pixel colors and action at the speed of light. It's a side-scrolling shoot 'em up where the player controls a little spaceship through waves of enemies and bosses. Playing Instructions

Unlike most of the shoot em ups, Akuu Gallet uses an 8-way joystick for movement, yet only left and right movements are accepted for the spaceship while pressing button "A" fires the weapons and "B" triggers a special attack. The objective is to eliminate all enemies and bosses that appear on the screen. Enemies become faster, with more complicated movements, posing greater challenges. Refixed speed factors test your reflex and strategy more, like having to manage your ammunition and keep an eye on your health.
