What is Cave Bird?

One-touch charm! Cave Bird takes all the good things of Flappy Bird and tosses in some old pixel-style graphics courtesy of the PICO-8 engine. Your job is to pilot a wee bird along a tunnel of dizzying caves, flapping its wings against obstacles collecting shiny coins. How far can you fly before gravity does its thing? With such simple controls and a-diving gameplay, Cave Bird offers just a few moments to dive into immediately, dipping and swaying with friends!

How to Play

Tap the screen at any point, and the bird flaps upward. Release it, and gravity pulls it downward. Time your flaps between walls as well as between coins, getting harder with thinner gaps between obstacles coming at you faster. It tests your reflexes while sharpening your precision.

Tips & Tricks

Tapping vs. Holding: Tapping gives you quick control, while holding the tap slightly lifts your bird upward. Find a rhythm that works best for you!
Coin Collection: Watch those coins; they're not only extra points but occasionally worth small power-ups or bonuses.
